Rock and Roll Wedding Inspiration With Loads of Glam Glitter + Thrifted Bridal Attire

Planning

70s Glam Wedding InspirationThe 70s UK rock scene comes to life with this rock and roll wedding inspiration at Airbnb rental, The Red Tower. Electric, technicolor florals, glittered records and some funky thrifted bridal attire bring all the fun vibes for this edgy couple! Attia Events loved the idea of showing off a wedding style that is unique and isn’t overdone. Something for the off-beat couple that wants something memorable, relaxed and show-stopping.

Elisha & Emily are pretty edgy and non-traditional, which was perfect for us to experiment with new styles. We love that rock & roll vibe, but we thought we’d switch it up by giving some love to the UK glam rock scene. That whole era was so eccentric and we never really see it portrayed in weddings. What stood out to us about the venue was the red tower which reminded us of a British phone booth – perfect for a UK glam rock wedding!

Let’s look through the lens of Avery Wassel Photography and get ready to dance the night away!

Our Advice To Those Planning Now

We always think about the possibility of rain and how it might dampen an outdoor wedding, but we forget about other elements such as strong winds. Strong winds can knock down your centerpieces, ruin your hair and outfit, etc. so it’s important to keep that in mind. You either have to adjust or go with the flow.

Our Favorite Memory From The Wedding

As the evening approached, we asked Elisha & Emily to change into their second outfits, and they were ready to rock out. The girls had a song request “Barracuda” by Heart. Not the most romantic song, but it was definitely the perfect song to go with our theme, ooooo barracuda!!
